-All orders require a non-refundable deposit of at least 50% when order is placed
-Any changes to orders need to be requested a minimum of 48 hours before the schedule order pick up
-For deliveries, full payment is required 24 hours before schedule delivery
-Our responsible ends when the cake is pick up or delivered, if you choose to pick up, a consultant can provide you with some helpful cake transportation tips to ensure your cake makes it to your venue safely.
Had a problem with the quality of your dessert? Sugar Dream Bakery will be happy to replace the item with a fresh one, or offer a refund. Please return the product you are displeased with in order for us to asses the validity of the return request.

Sugar Dreams Bakery requires at least 48 hours notice for cancellation on all custom orders. Cancellation will result in a store credit, which will never expire.
We are NOT a nut free facility. We can guarantee that if you request a nut free product, or any product avoiding a particular allergen, we will not use that product in your order. We, however, do NOT guarantee that there is no cross contamination in our facility. Please speak to someone about your allergen concerns while you are placing your order.
If you decide to pickup your custom desserts, you will be asked to sign a statement that you have received your product in good condition. Once the product leaves our store, it is no longer the responsibility of Sugar Dreams Bakery. It is recommended that all cakes travel on a flat surface in a cool car. Never place cakes in a trunk. Cakes should always stay refrigerated. If traveling long distances with your custom order, it is recommended that the dessert be chilled in a refrigerator for a minimum of 4 hours before traveling. Sugar Dreams Bakery is not responsible if improper handling and failure to follow these instructions causes damage to a custom order. Also, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to fix any problems that may occur due to improper transport.
For orders that have purchased a delivery package, Our responsibility to your order ends when the product is delivered and you have signed the statement that you have received it in good condition.
