All sales are final at Sugar Dreams Bakery. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to the perishable nature of our products and our inability to control how they are transported and stored once they are delivered to our customers.

All custom cake orders require a 50% deposit at the time of order. Deposits are non-refundable. If your order is canceled with a one-week notice or more, the amount of your deposit can be applied to a future order.

To cancel or modify an order, please contact us 48 hours prior to the order. We will do our best to accommodate your request and ensure a positive experience. No refunds or store credits will be issued if you do not pick up your order. Store credit will be issued for cancellations received with proper notice.
