All sales are final at Sugar Dreams Bakery. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to the perishable nature of our products and our inability to control how they are transported and stored once they are delivered to our customers. Store credit will be issued for cancellatons received with proper notice .All custom cake orders require a 50% deposit at the time of order. Deposits are non-refundable. If your order is cancelled with a one week notice or more, the amount of your

To cancel or modify an order, please contact us through the Contact section at least 48 hours prior . We will do our best to accommodate your request and ensure a positive experience. NO REFUNDS OR STORE CREDITS OF DEPOSITS IF YOU DONT PICK UP YOUR ORDER . STORE CREDIT , will be issued for cancellations received with proper notice.

sugar dreams bakery is not responsible for delivery delays or returned items due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. We are also not liable for packages marked as “delivered” but subsequently lost. Shipments returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will be subject to additional charges for reshipment. Shipping charges will not be refunded for delays caused by closed locations and/or denied access to the delivery site. Estimated delivery times do not account for unforeseen weather delays that may impact shipping and arrival dates. sugar dreams bakery is not liable for delivery delays resulting from the high volume experienced by shipping companies.
